We couldn't be more proud of, Cooper Wise, a former UW Football quarterback who discovered a new passion at CrossFit 7220 just a few years ago. He was a key player in our last two WYAC titles and a constant example of hard work, dedication, smart training, and humility. He battled a back injury last year which forced him to modify his training and focus on core stability and upper body strength. He left us in December to finish his nursing degree and resumed training at CrossFit NorCo in Fort Collins. We will once again be hosting the Wyoming Affiliate Cup to crown "Wyoming's Fittest Gym!" on Saturday, June 17th. This is a big event with gyms from all over the state joining together at our box to compete and associate with the Wyoming CrossFit Community. If you weren't around when we hosted in 2015 or have never helped with a competition, this is your opportunity to be involved in something exciting and special. I didn't do a magical anti-snooze-button dance. I didn't pray. I didn't write down all of the reasons why hitting the snooze button was bad for me.
