I have definitely had a lot of luck with the Flex plan.  I'm still trying to tweak my macros to find the right balance for me for increasing lean muscle mass.  So, I am trying 45% CHO, 30% FAT, and 25% PRO with about 2000 cals/day.  I do not feel like I have ever eaten this much food before. Well, let me rephrase that.  I could easily get to 2000 cals/day with crap food, but when I am choosing clean, healthy foods, I feel like I am eating all day long.
