Getting Started at CrossFit 7220

The first step to get started at CrossFit 7220 is the most important one....deciding to commit to change that requires consistent work without shortcuts. We'll help you every step of the way.

If you just want to see what CrossFit is like, join us for a workout on any Saturday morning  at  8:00 am.
