What is CrossFit?
The very best way to learn more about CrossFit is to simply show up on a Saturday and take a test drive. We have classes at 7am and 8am.
CrossFit is based on functional fitness incorporating movements used in life into training. Think of moving from sitting to standing (squats), picking up something from the ground (deadlifts), or putting luggage in an overhead compartment (presses).
Movements are performed in varying combinations to execute high-intensity workouts. These workouts are generally short, effective and never boring.
