Try 7220 on Saturday

The very best way to learn more about CrossFit is to simply show up on a Saturday and take a test drive.  We have classes at 7:25 am and 8:00 am and your first workout is on us!

You will get a full CrossFit experience within our warm, welcoming community.  We always start off with a full stretch, followed by a few minutes of dynamic movement.  The Saturday workout is 45 minutes and designed to allow beginners to scale movements according to your fitness level.
