Try it out on Saturday

The very best way to learn more about CrossFit is to simply show up on a Saturday morning at 8:00 am and take a test drive.  Your first workout is on us!

The Saturday workout is designed to allow beginners to scale movements according to fitness level, but you will get a full CrossFit experience within our warm, welcoming community.

 

Complete the online waiver and show up a few minutes before 8:00 am to meet the coach. Be sure to let us know if you have any injuries or medical conditions.
