Nutrition Kickstart 


x 2 months

8 week program includes: 

  • 60 min initial consult

  • personalized nutrition plan based on individual goals and needs

  • 30 minute follow-ups roughly every 2 weeks

  • free access to MYCOACH app for tracking, accountability, and communication

  • digital support as needed between in-person check-in's

  • daily nutrition and wellness lessons, strategies

  • pre/post InBody Scan

Monthly Maintenance


4 week program:​

  *must have completed Kickstart program  within the last 6 months.

  • continued support after Kickstart program completed

  • free access to MYCOACH app 

  • digital support as needed 

  • 30 min in-person check-in  

  • continued education

  • 1 InBody Scan

Nutrition program outcomes are significantly improved with regular exercise that includes cardiovascular conditioning and resistance training.


If you are struggling to consistently attend group classes or just need more individualized instruction, personal training add-ons are available at a discount when enrolled in Kickstart or Maintenance

In my years of working both as a gym owner and physical therapist, I've witnessed the profound influence of nutrition on overall health and well-being. I truly believe that food is medicine and that a healthy diet plays a pivotal role in weight control and the prevention of chronic disease. 

I've also seen so many fall victim to the allure of fad diets, over restriction, and quick fixes that are short-lived. The consequences often include money wasted on supplements, devices, drugs, and exercise equipment; all of which usually fail to create the habit changes essential for a sustainable nutrition plan.

I have immersed myself in continued learning from many experts in the field and I'm excited to share the knowledge I've gained to empower others. My focus is helping clients build long-term healthy eating habits that promote a balanced lifestyle and a positive relationship with food.
