Wodify at CrossFit 7220

CrossFit 7220 uses Wodify for it's gym management system.  This page provides more information on using Wodify.

  1. If you are new to CrossFit 7220, please contact us before going further.  We will need to set an account up for you.

  2. If you have a current membership at 7220 you will have log in information and can begin using the member-rich resources that Wodify provides.  

  3. How to access Wodify:

    • go to app.wodify.com and log in.  You will see the member dashboard that will allow you to see WODs, register for classes and keep track of your results.​

    • You can also download the Wodify app from the App store for iPhone or Google Play for Android.  Just log in and you should be good to go.
       

  4. Auto-Renew Membership:  If your membership is on Auto-Renew, you are all set because at the beginning of each month you will receive an invoice from 7220 and your card or bank account will be charged.  If you need to put your membership on hold, please contact us and we'll take care of it.
     

  5. Purchasing a Membership:  If your membership isn't on Auto-Renewal or you use a punch card, you can buy online:

6. To see what the WOD is (workout of the day):

The WOD is posted on the website the day prior at 7:30 pm. Click on the 3 horizontal bars on the upper right hand corner and click 'Today's WOD' (*be sure to change to tomorrow's date if you are checking the day before). 'Program' should default to 'CrossFit' but for the Saturday morning workout, select 'Community WOD'.

 

7. To reserve a spot for class:

  • Go to Wodify.com or use the Wodify App on your phone. 

  • Be sure you are logged into your Wodify account (you should allow notifications as well as allow your device to remember your password so you stay logged in). 

  • Select correct date

  • Select 'all programs' to view all available class types and open gym times. 

  • Please cancel your reservation if your plans change and you no longer plan to attend. Some of our classes fill and have a waitlist. If you put yourself on the waitlist, you'll receive an email if a spot opens up.

  • The trainer can sign you into class once you arrive that day but you are welcome to do this on your phone as well. 

  • Below are specific device instructions re: reserving a spot:

Wodify App on your phone:

click upper right corner (3 horizontal lines)

click "Class Schedule"

scroll to find date and time you wish to attend

click 'reserve' button to make a reservation, click 'cancel' to cancel 

Once you've successfully reserved a spot the class will be highlighted in green.

 

Wodify.com:

Click the 'Calendar' tab
View the Calendar

  1. The white calendar icon signals a class that is open for registration

  2. Classes not open for registration have a gray calendar icon


​To make a reservation, click the white calendar icon
Immediately after you click the white calendar icon:The icon changes to a ticket, indicating you have successfully made the reservation
A cancel icon also appears next to the ticket. Click this if you wish to cancel.

8. Posting your workout results: 

After your workout, enter your results using the kiosk in the gym, your phone (click 'add results') in upper right corner, or the 'coachboard' on the web app. Wodify will keep a database of your results including your lifts so you can track your progress.
