Longevity
No one is too old or out of shape to benefit from the CrossFit methodology. Incorporating consistent functional fitness is important for health and independence.
Our Longevity Class is not just for seniors, but a gentler version of CrossFit emphasizing mobility, stability, balance and coordination.
Previous CrossFit experience or introductory sessions are not required to start.

We start where YOU are and take you to more than you thought you could be!

Programming usually coincides with the days regular CrossFit class subbing our or scaling movements where appropriate.

There is no age minimum or age limit to join our Longevity Class. Drop in and try your first class for free!

Longevity is held every weekday from 9:00-10:00 am with an additional class on Monday's at 10:00 am
