Our CrossFit Seniors are truly remarkable!
We believe that one key to longevity is to move often and move well. This is what we focus on during every session with our group of seniors.
There is no age minimum or age limit to join our great group of seniors. No pre-requisite class is necessary so just drop in and try your first class for free!
Come when your schedule allows and only pay for classes you attend. CrossFit Seniors is held every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00 - 10: 00 am.
