Over 90 athletes participated in the annual
Light It Up Blue WOD at 1:00 pm
Average number of athletes in final 5 WODS (12 am to 4 am) : 30
Final WOD at 4:00 AM = 30 Athletes
With 24 WOD's to complete, there really wasn't a whole lot of time for sleep, but some of these CrossFitters made time for some other AMRAPs (as much rest as possible)
Some had to fend for themselves when massage expert Linsey was nowhere to be found at 1:00 am!
Brynli never left the gym except for those 400 and 800 meter runs.
Above are those left standing at 3:55 am just before the 24th and final WOD! Turns out bar-facing-burpees aren't any more fun at 4:00 am!
A big thanks to Trainer Toby for his vision, planning, and passion for helping those affected by autism while building our CrossFit community!
