We are excited to expand our Barbell Club and welcome a new weightlifting coach to CrossFit 7220.
Devin is a USAW Sports Performance Coach and specializes in the Olympic Movements. He'll be coaching a lifting class 3x/week. The class will be open gym format. It is not necessary you be there the whole time, come in when you can Tues/Thurs between 4:30 - 6:30 pm and Sundays 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Devin will have a session written up for you to follow with his assistance and supervision. He can also help you with technique on power lifts. Whether you have a passion for Olympic lifting or perhaps want to improve your clean technique in order to perform better during WOD's, Devin is here to help!

I am a University of Wyoming graduate and have a B.S. in Accounting. While attending UW, I competed in the Hammer and Weight throw on the Track & Field team where I was a three-time All-Conference competitor.
Before Wyoming, I was a two-time Juco All-American at Coffeyville Community College in Coffeyville, Kansas. While competing in Track, I was exposed to Olympic and Power lifting which is where I gained my interest in the movements. I specialize in the lifting movements and teach athletes how to harness technique, efficiency and strength. I have seen the benefits of lifting and know that anyone can learn to move with the bar! I am here to help you master your lifts and be the strongest version of yourself!

Remember you don't have to arrive right at 4:30 (or 3:00 pm on Sundays). Come when convenient for you between 4:30-6:30 pm T/TH and 3:00-5:00 pm Sundays.
Thursday 6:30 pm Barbell Club with Nickie will continue as well!
