On 07/02/20 we celebrated CF 7220 the best way we know how! With a fun WOD:
Lift 7220 total lbs. performing reps of any of the following lifts in any order and at any weight. Reps cannot exceed:
30 Overhead Squats
50 Push Press/Jerk
Also must complete: 72 calories accumulated on bike and/or rower 20 strict pull-ups calories and pull-ups can be accumulated during rests performing lifts
